COVID-19 Safety

Vaccination and Mask Requirements

For performances through October 31, 2021:

VACCINATIONS REQUIRED: All guests must be fully vaccinated to enter the theatre and must present digital or physical proof at the door.
MASKS REQUIRED: All guests must wear a properly fitting mask over the nose and mouth in the theatre except when eating or drinking in designated areas.
Children under 12 and people with a medical condition or closely held religious belief that prevents vaccination may show proof of a negative COVID-19 test.
PHOTO ID: Guests ages 18 and older must present a valid government-issued photo ID. Guests under 18 may also show a school photo ID. Guests under 12 must be accompanied by an adult who meets the above requirements.
Guests who do not comply with these policies will be denied entry or asked to leave the theatre.

Refunds & Exchanges

Buy tickets for any performance through January 17, 2022 and you can either refund or exchange your tickets into any other date until two hours before the performance.

	BOOK IN ADVANCE Availability tends to decrease closer to the actual performance date.
	TRY WEDNESDAYS AND THURSDAYS It varies week-to-week, but these performances often have the best availability.
	UPGRADE TO PREMIUM Premium seats are the best seats in the house, and may still be available when general tickets are not. Buy Premium tickets HERE.
	RUSH TICKETS A limited number of $38 rush tickets are available for purchase in person at the Gerald Schoenfeld box office when it opens 10 AM (noon on Sundays) for that day’s performance only. Limit two per person, subject to availability. Cash & credit cards are accepted.
	STANDING ROOM TICKETS When a performance is sold out, a limited number of $32 standing room tickets are available for purchase at the Gerald Schoenfeld box office. Limit two per person, subject to availability. Cash & credit cards are accepted.

Statement on Coronavirus

In accordance with guidelines from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and under the continued direction of Governor Andrew Cuomo, Broadway shows in New York City will extend the current suspension of all performances through May 30, 2021.

If you have tickets for any of our canceled performances, you may exchange them or get a refund at the point of purchase. Official return to be announced at a later time. Thank you for your understanding.
